With Tonia's Human Resources experience and through carefull planning she was able to design and launch a 2011 Manager's Manual to help onboard managers during their first three months of employment. This manual was instrumental in my success with Shamrock Foods as a Fleet Manager. The manual contained sections detailing HR Policies, Payroll, Accounting and instructions on using the Shamrock network portal.
