Sarah Rimmel (she|they) is a certified embodied leadership coach and intercultural strategist committed to cultivating ease.

Sarah enjoys working with disruptors and people shifting culture in their organization towards more well-being, liberation, love, belonging, and wholeness. She uses her understanding of the nuanced interplay between systems and the self, help and harm, and what’s said and what’s embodied, to support sensitive leaders in imagining and moving towards the cultures they long for. 

In addition to being a certified ICF Coach, Somatic Coach (SISC), and facilitator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Sarah holds a MS in Business Management, a BS in Community Health, and over 15 years in higher education and nonprofits leading individuals and teams through change and advocacy efforts. Prior to starting her own coaching practice in 2019, she worked as an Assistant Director of Education within a student advocacy center at the University of Colorado. 

Sarah is a daughter, dreamer, and biracial queer woman living and working in Colorado on Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho traditional, ancestral, and stolen lands.
