Iliana is a Leadership Coach and the owner of Crumont Coaching. She focuses on helping introverted professionals become outstanding leaders so that they can make a more significant impact, achieve better results and increase their monetary value in the workplace.

Her down-to-earth style allows her to explain any topic in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.  This way, Iliana makes leadership, communication, and skill development topics available to anyone interested in learning and growing.

Before becoming a leadership consultant, Iliana worked help managerial positions for over a decade in the shipping industry, being responsible for 16 countries and overseeing more than 300 staff members.  During this time, she learned how to manage teams efficiently, promote growth, and foster collaboration.

Iliana is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.  She is raising two beautiful children with a bicultural background.  They love to entertain and delight their guests with pozole and tamales. Yum!
