Christian is an alumnus of the United States Air Force Academy where he studied Behavioral Sciences, led as team captain on the Falcon football team, and served as cadet-in-charge of the United States Air Force Academy Navigators ministry, a faith-based entity. During his time on active duty, Christian served as a personnel officer in the northeastern region of Italy at Aviano Air Base.

In his final years in the Air Force, Christian returned to his alma mater as a football coach and instructor of physical education at the Air Force Academy Preparatory School. Highlights of Christian’s Air Force career include jumping out of planes his senior year at the academy, presenting President Barack Obama with a game ball and jersey, and serving alongside phenomenal Airmen at Aviano Air Base and at the United States Air Force Academy.

Currently, Christian fulfills duties and responsibilities as an account manager for Trane Technologies, a technology company in the Heat-Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. In this role, Christian develops long-term relationships with building owners and business owners while maximizing account penetration and customer retention.

In addition to his role with Trane Technologies, Christian is an affiliate professor at Colorado Christian University where he teaches leadership studies at the School of Business and Leadership. Christian is also a certified professional coach from an International Coaching Federation accredited coach training program (ACTP).

Additionally, he is the Founder of A + E Coaching LLC. With an emphasis on attitude, effort, and performance, he supports working professionals to recognize, maximize, and fulfill their potential. His life experiences aid his unique approach to professional coaching.

Christian is a native of Dallas, TX who currently resides in Colorado Springs, CO. Joining him on life’s journey is his wife, Zuleika Spears, and their son and daughter. In addition to their two children, Christian and his wife sponsor two cadets from the United States Air Force Academy.
