Over the past 20 years, Annie Foley has built a career founded in business development and focused on Human Resources and People Operations. She has held the roles of recruiter, generalist, director, and Chief Administrative Officer. Annie’s focus is people operations strategy and helping growing companies build out their people function in a way that minimizes legal risk and best supports their people. The human experience is always at the heart of Annie’s work.
Annie Foley holds a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Cincinnati, an MBA in International Business from Northern Kentucky University, an MPS in Strategic Human Resources and Development from the University of Denver, and the SHRM-SCP credential.
Annie serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Human Resources master’s program at the University of Denver.
Annie is based south of Denver, Colorado with her partner and two small humans. She’s a lifelong Cincinnati Reds fan, daydreams about leisure travel, and does not know what to make for dinner.
